Privacy Policy

GTM Circuit is operated by Grant Anderson. This policy explains what information we collect through gtmcircuit.io and by email, and what we do with it. The short version: this site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors, and we only have personal information you choose to send us.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in the message, such as your company, role and what you are looking for.
• Call bookings. If you book a call, the booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. It collects your name, email address and anything you add to the booking, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• Basic technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts. We do not use this data to identify or track visitors.

Apart from the Google Calendar booking calendar embedded on the home page, the site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Fonts are served from our own domain. When the booking calendar loads, Google may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss whether we can help.
• To deliver services if we work together, under a separate written agreement.
• To keep basic business records.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists because you contacted us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email and calendar provider (Google Workspace) and web host (Cloudflare), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or the working relationship, and for any period required for business or legal records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing grant@gtmcircuit.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Client data

Data we handle while delivering services for a client, such as prospect lists or CRM records, is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
